If you faxed or submitted order form to us, but not receive our
confirmation before night. Please call us immediately.

If all the bouquets in "Bouquet" page are not satisfy you, you can visit
the "Customer select" page to select the flowers you like to form your bouquet.

Please place order by phone/fax/online, we will confirm the price to you as soon as possible.
Then you transfer payment and fax or email the pay-in slip to us.
Remember to quote your name & phone number.
We will confirm your order and arrange delivery after received your payment.
If you want the bouquet be delivered before noon, please finish the bank transfer at least one day before.

| Purchase Note |
- Photos are for reference only. In different seasons, the color & size of flowers maybe different.
- In case of the flowers are not available or out of stock, we will replace it with equivalent flowers.
In case of supply shortage, we will replace the packaging with other suitable materials in similar colour. (Will have sender's permission before.)
- If there is Typhoon Signal No.8 or Black Rainstorm Signal on the delivery day, delivery will be delayed.
- In case of sender provided an inaccurate address information, no one to receive the bouquet or the receiver refused the bouquet, we will contact sender immediately for re-arrangement. The extra handling fee will be charged to sender.
- If the flowers are already on the way to deliver and sender requests to change the delivery address, the extra charges shall apply on sender.
- For order cancellation and payment refund, an advance notification of 24 hours is requested.
- The price are not available for the period of Valentine's day.
